NewAvailableYear 2026

Frame-mount (K-series) movable impact crushing station with 80–350 t/h max theoretical handling capacity. Material hardness limit ≤120 MPa — covers limestone, sandstone, recycled concrete, and most construction-waste streams; excludes granite and basalt above 120 MPa where a cone crusher is the right tool. Integrated 1-layer screening machine on the same frame returns oversize to the impact box and passes in-spec product to discharge — closes the crushing loop on a single platform. K-frame configuration relocates by tow or low-loader, not crawler self-propulsion — lighter plant weight than tracked impact stations.

XPF1214K is a frame-mount (K-series) movable impact crushing station with 80–350 t/h max theoretical handling capacity. It is sized for breaking materials up to 120 MPa hardness — covering limestone, sandstone, recycled concrete, and most construction-waste streams, but excluding hard rock above 120 MPa (granite, basalt) where a cone crusher is the right tool.

The unit carries an integrated 1-layer screening machine on the same frame. Single-layer screen returns oversize back to the impact box for re-crushing while passing in-spec product to the discharge conveyor — closes the crushing loop on a single platform rather than feeding a separate downstream screen, which simplifies plant layout for short-campaign and contractor-fleet work.

The K-frame configuration relocates by tow or low-loader rather than crawler self-propulsion — lower running-gear cost and lighter overall plant weight than tracked impact stations in the same handling-capacity class. Application focus covers construction-waste recycling, road and bridge aggregate supply where the project tonnage and rock hardness fit the impact-box envelope, and short-campaign quarry and demolition-site mobile crushing duty.

Why This Machine

Product Features

Four aspects of the XPF1214K that fit it to short-campaign mobile impact crushing: K-frame relocation logistics, integrated 1-layer screen, ≤120 MPa material range, and 80–350 t/h handling envelope.

01
Mobility

K-frame — tow or low-loader, not crawler

K-frame configuration relocates by tow or low-loader rather than crawler self-propulsion. Lower running-gear, hydraulic-track, and fuel-tank overhead than tracked impact stations in the same handling class. Fit for short-campaign and contractor-fleet work where the plant moves between projects on a low-loader rather than self-propelling across the site.

02
Screening Integration

Integrated 1-layer screen — closes the crushing loop on one platform

Onboard 1-layer screening machine returns oversize back to the impact box for re-crushing and passes in-spec product to the discharge conveyor. Closes the crushing-and-screening loop on a single platform — no separate downstream screen on the same pad. Simplifies plant layout for short-campaign work and frees a low-loader trip for the next project move.

03
Material Range

≤120 MPa material range — limestone, sandstone, concrete waste

Material hardness limit ≤120 MPa. Covers limestone, sandstone, recycled concrete, and most construction-waste streams including concrete-with-rebar where the impact box handles steel without the chamber-protection concerns of a cone crusher. Above 120 MPa (granite, basalt) the application sits outside manufacturer-stated range — for hard-rock duty, switch to the cone-crusher mobile siblings.

04
Capacity

80–350 t/h handling — short-campaign mobile crushing fit

80 to 350 t/h theoretical handling capacity. Fits short-campaign mobile crushing on construction-waste recycling, road and bridge aggregate where the project rock is in the impact-box hardness range, and quarry and demolition-site mobile duty where the contractor moves the plant every few weeks. Throughput scales with feed gradation, rock hardness, and CSS setting on the impact box.
