Frame-mount (K-series) movable impact crushing station with 80–350 t/h max theoretical handling capacity. Material hardness limit ≤120 MPa — covers limestone, sandstone, recycled concrete, and most construction-waste streams; excludes granite and basalt above 120 MPa where a cone crusher is the right tool. Integrated 1-layer screening machine on the same frame returns oversize to the impact box and passes in-spec product to discharge — closes the crushing loop on a single platform. K-frame configuration relocates by tow or low-loader, not crawler self-propulsion — lighter plant weight than tracked impact stations.
XPF1214K is a frame-mount (K-series) movable impact crushing station with 80–350 t/h max theoretical handling capacity. It is sized for breaking materials up to 120 MPa hardness — covering limestone, sandstone, recycled concrete, and most construction-waste streams, but excluding hard rock above 120 MPa (granite, basalt) where a cone crusher is the right tool.
The unit carries an integrated 1-layer screening machine on the same frame. Single-layer screen returns oversize back to the impact box for re-crushing while passing in-spec product to the discharge conveyor — closes the crushing loop on a single platform rather than feeding a separate downstream screen, which simplifies plant layout for short-campaign and contractor-fleet work.
The K-frame configuration relocates by tow or low-loader rather than crawler self-propulsion — lower running-gear cost and lighter overall plant weight than tracked impact stations in the same handling-capacity class. Application focus covers construction-waste recycling, road and bridge aggregate supply where the project tonnage and rock hardness fit the impact-box envelope, and short-campaign quarry and demolition-site mobile crushing duty.
