Large-size single-cylinder cone crusher for tertiary fine crushing. 321 mm maximum feedstock, 8–51 mm discharge opening, 110–662 t/h productivity. 315 kW motor through belt drive, 1490 ±5 rpm horizontal shaft. 31.42 t (±500 kg) machine weight, 3170 × 2750 × 3153 mm footprint. Hydraulic single-cylinder adjustment for discharge gap and tramp-iron release. The tightest discharge band in the XGY single-cylinder line — fits fines production for aggregate, mining, metallurgy and building material plants.
The XCMG XGY1300D is a large-size single-cylinder cone crusher built for fine tertiary crushing in aggregate, mining, metallurgy and building-material lines. 321 mm maximum feedstock, 8–51 mm discharge opening, 110–662 t/h productivity. 315 kW motor through belt drive, 1490 ±5 rpm horizontal shaft. 31.42 t (±500 kg) machine weight, 3170 × 2750 × 3153 mm footprint.
The 8–51 mm discharge band is tighter than the XGY1100DII (25–54 mm) and XGY1300DII (35–83 mm) siblings — the XGY1300D is positioned for fine sized-product work where downstream screens demand 8–25 mm fines without re-circulation. 110 t/h low-end throughput suits closed-circuit operation where re-circulation load varies through the shift.
Single-cylinder hydraulic adjustment means discharge gap is set hydraulically rather than via mechanical shim packs — gap calibration takes minutes between shifts, and the same cylinder carries tramp-iron release if uncrushable material enters the chamber. Pairs with XGE jaw crushers for primary reduction and XGY1100DII or XGY1300DII for upstream secondary work.
