The XCMG XGF1523 is the top-end model in the XCMG impact crusher line on me-equipment.com. Built for natural stones up to 150 MPa and construction-waste recycling. 600 mm maximum feedstock, 2310 × 1130 mm feed inlet, 450–700 t/h productivity, 0–40 mm discharge opening (70%–85% of product within range). 46 t machine weight, 5000 × 3995 × 3992 mm footprint.

Drive is motor plus narrow V-belt — twenty V-belts to two 315 kW motors (630 kW installed). V-belts absorb impact shock from the chamber without transferring it to the motor shaft; replacement belts are a standard wear part.

The XGF1523 sits above the XGF1520 (500 mm feedstock, 350–600 t/h, 2×250 kW) and XGF1320 (400 mm feedstock, 300–500 t/h, 2×160 kW). The 600 mm feed envelope matches output from larger primary jaw crushers — pairs with XGE0812 (≤760 mm chamber) for plant lines targeting 450–700 t/h. Fits stationary aggregate production at the upper end of the XGF range, large urban C&D recycling lines, and limestone-class quarry plant. Drive Train

20-belt narrow V-belt drive — shock isolation, standard wear parts

Motor + narrow V-belt drive with 20 belts splitting load between two 315 kW motors and the rotor shaft. V-belts absorb shock loading from oversize or tramp feedstock without transferring it to the motor shaft. Belts are standard wear consumables — replaceable from open-market suppliers rather than requiring OEM-restricted spares.
