XCMG XHT155 Slipform Paver

1,800 mm maximum paving width covers the standard curb, curb-and-gutter, and median barrier profile range across most highway and railway specifications. Maximum paving thickness 1,200 mm supports tall barrier extrusions and deep curb sections. Paving speed range 0–10.5 m/min — fast enough for production curb work on extended runs, slow enough for tight-tolerance work around drainage and intersection geometry.

Three-crawler running gear with automatic steering and automatic leveling control system — the machine follows a stringline reference through curves and grade transitions without operator manual cross-checking every meter. Reduces operator workload on extended curb runs and removes a source of geometric error in continuous extruded profiles where re-aligning mid-run is not possible.

All drive and working circuits — propel, auger, tamper, extrusion mould, screed — are hydraulically driven and electronically controlled. Single console controls flow to each circuit, allowing the operator to tune tamping frequency and auger speed against mix slump and paving speed without mechanical adjustments.

Machine handles the full curbstone workflow in a single pass: conveying mix from the hopper, tamping into the mould, paving, extrusion forming, and screeding. No separate finishing crew or follow-up screed unit required for the cast-in-place profile — one operator and one machine produce the finished curb behind the screed.

Powered by a Weichai diesel engine rated 73.5 kW at 2,300 rpm.
