21-ton vertical-shaft impact crusher (VSI) — the larger sibling to the XGL1050 in the XCMG VSI line. Crushing mode: 50 mm max feed, 450–490 t/h. Shaping mode: 60 mm max feed, 500–580 t/h. 630 kW main motor — 26% higher installed power than the XGL1050's 500 kW — driving the spindle at 900–1,200 rpm. Working temperature range −20 to +40 °C. Overall dimensions 5,700 × 2,980 × 4,190 mm. Choose XGL1200 over the XGL1050 when line target is 450 t/h or higher throughput, or when the 60 mm shaping-mode feed matches upstream cone-crusher discharge size.
XGL1200 is a 21-ton vertical-shaft impact crusher (VSI) — the larger sibling to the XGL1050 in the same XCMG VSI line. Max feedstock size is 50 mm in crushing mode and 60 mm in shaping mode. Throughput is 450–490 t/h in crushing duty and 500–580 t/h in shaping duty. The 630 kW motor delivers 26 percent more installed power than the XGL1050's 500 kW motor, lifting crushing throughput by about 32 percent.
Spindle speed is 900–1,200 rpm — lower than the 1,000–1,300 rpm window on the XGL1050. Lower spindle speed at higher mass favours shape correction with reduced fines generation, which fits projects targeting cubical aggregate without inflating the sand fraction. Working environment range is −20 to +40 °C, covering north-China winter sites and tropical export markets.
Overall dimensions are 5,700 × 2,980 × 4,190 mm. Choose XGL1200 over the XGL1050 when the line targets 450 t/h or higher throughput, or where the 60 mm shaping-mode feed size matches an upstream cone-crusher discharge. Application focus is high-speed rail, expressway, nuclear-power-station, and bridge-construction aggregate production lines.
