XGL1050 is a 19.55-ton vertical-shaft impact crusher (VSI) designed for fine crushing and aggregate shaping. Max feedstock size is 45 mm in crushing mode and 55 mm in shaping mode. Throughput is 340–370 t/h on crushing duty and 410–580 t/h on shaping duty — the unit is run in two distinct duty cycles depending on whether the project is feeding the VSI fresh stone for size reduction or recirculating coarse aggregate for shape correction.

The 500 kW motor drives the spindle at 1,000–1,300 rpm, with spindle speed selectable to balance the crushing-vs-shaping trade-off. Working environment range is −20 to +40 °C, covering north-China winter sites and tropical operations without supplemental heating or cooling.

Overall dimensions are 5,500 × 2,740 × 4,025 mm. Sized for tertiary or quaternary stage in aggregate lines feeding high-speed rail bedding, expressway sub-base, nuclear-power-station concrete aggregate, and bridge-construction projects — duty positions where the output gradation has to hit tight shape and fine-aggregate ratio targets rather than simple sub-base specs. Operating Mode

Dual mode — 45 mm crushing or 55 mm shaping feed

Two operating modes. Crushing mode: 45 mm max feed, 340–370 t/h throughput — used when the unit is fed fresh stone for size reduction. Shaping mode: 55 mm max feed, 410–580 t/h throughput — used when coarse aggregate is recirculated through the VSI for shape correction (cubicity) without significant size reduction. Single machine covers both project-line positions.

Powertrain

500 kW motor — 1,000–1,300 rpm selectable spindle

500 kW main motor drives the spindle at 1,000–1,300 rpm with speed selectable for the crushing-vs-shaping trade-off. Lower spindle speed within the range favours shape correction with less fines generation; higher spindle speed drives more size reduction and increases fines yield — useful when the line targets a high sand fraction.

−20 to +40 °C operating range — north-China to tropical sites

Working environment temperature −20 to +40 °C. Covers north-China winter and Mongolia sites at the cold end, and tropical Southeast Asia and Middle East operations at the hot end, without supplemental heating, oil pre-heat, or auxiliary cooling.
