The added wheelbase improves stability margin at the laden 45-ton working load envelope and supports deeper container row reach work, while the 15,100 mm lift height matches the shorter-wheelbase XCS4531K and XCS4535K siblings.

Drive engine specifiable as Cummins or Volvo (both 265 rpm rated). Lets fleet operators standardize on an existing engine-brand maintenance contract — terminals running Cummins-dominant or Volvo-dominant fleets keep parts inventory and tech training consistent across the XCMG reach stacker fleet. Both engine brands have global service networks across major port and inland container markets.

Three emission certification configurations selectable per destination: EU3/Tier 3 for less-regulated export markets, EU4/Tier 4F for North American jurisdictions, EU5 for current European certification. Choose XCS4541K when the duty cycle calls for a long wheelbase for laden stability and deep stack reach but the yard isn't long enough for the XCS4545K's 13,270 mm overall length.
