26/30 kPa ground pressure across supplied blade configurations — approximately half the standard-track D170 (56/51/47 kPa). LGP wide-track undercarriage spreads the 19.4-ton weight over a larger contact patch (4,150 mm chassis width vs 4,060 mm on D170). Use case: swamp, paddy, peat, floodplain backfill, and seasonally saturated ground where a firm-ground dozer would track-sink.

Same WD10G178E25 diesel as the standard D170 — 131 kW at 1,850 rpm, EU Stage II. Identical engine spec across both variants means fleet operators running mixed D170 + D170LGP rosters share a single engine parts pool — filters, injectors, gaskets, and overhaul kits cross-fit.

Hydrodynamic (torque converter) transmission with electronically controlled gear shift. Limit-load control protects the powertrain on the soft-ground push loads typical of LGP work (mud, peat, saturated clay). Slightly longer minimum turning radius than the D170 (3,200 mm vs 2,800 mm) due to the wider track gauge.

Specified for highway, railway, airport, river, and water conservancy projects on soft ground. National defense, urban construction, and water conservancy work in wet conditions. Choose D170LGP for paddy field grading, swamp construction, river dredging support, floodplain backfill, and wetland restoration — projects the standard D170 cannot support without ground prep.

Track shoes, rollers, and idlers are LGP-specific — wider shoes and longer track frame than standard D170. Blade edges, ripper teeth, hydraulic seals, and engine parts cross-share with standard D170 for inventory consolidation.
