XCMG D760XE Bulldozer

Extended-range electric drive: Cummins QSK19 diesel generator powers electric track and hydraulic motors instead of a mechanical drivetrain. No mechanical transmission, no torque converter, no driveshafts to the final drives. Architecture borrowed from mining haul trucks — simpler drivetrain, fewer wear parts, electric-motor torque available across the full speed range. Same drive architecture as the 58-ton D560XE sibling for parts pool overlap.

Cummins QSK19 — 760 kW (1,019 hp) at 1,800 rpm, EU Stage III emission — running as a diesel generator. 19-liter electronic V-configuration diesel from Cummins's heavy-duty platform — established in mining haul trucks, large industrial gensets, and locomotive applications. 313 kW more power than the X15 in the D560XE sibling (447 kW) to support the heavier 73-ton chassis and larger blade.

Left and right tracks driven by independent electric motors — controlled separately for fine speed modulation and counter-rotation. No mechanical differential or steering clutches. Electronic torque control gives precise blade-position holding on grade work; full-speed-range electric torque available without gear shifts. 5,500 mm minimum turning radius on a 9,880 mm long chassis.

73-ton class — top of the XCMG electric-drive dozer line, sitting above the 58-ton D560XE. Both share extended-range electric drive architecture: parts pool overlap on drive electronics, control software, and electric motor families. Choose D760XE when push capacity needs to scale beyond the 58-ton D560XE — large coal benches, iron ore stripping, copper overburden moving.

Built for large-scale mine construction. Coal stripping benches, iron ore overburden removal, copper porphyry stripping, and large-scale aggregate operations.
