XCMG D560XE Bulldozer

Extended-range electric drive: a Cummins X15 diesel generator powers electric track and hydraulic motors instead of a mechanical drivetrain. No mechanical transmission, no torque converter, no driveshafts to the final drives. Architecture used in mining haul trucks and now extended to mine bulldozers — simpler drivetrain, fewer wear parts, electric-motor torque available across the full speed range.

Cummins X15 — 447 kW (599 hp) at 1,800 rpm, EU Stage III emission — running as a diesel generator, not a mechanical prime mover. 15-liter inline-six diesel, Cummins's heavy-duty platform widely used in mining and long-haul trucking. Global Cummins service and parts network supports the engine; XCMG supports the electric drive system.

Left and right tracks driven by independent electric motors — controlled separately, allowing fine speed modulation and counter-rotation without a mechanical differential or steering clutches. Different control architecture from the hydrostatic D200H (independent hydraulic motors) and from the hydrodynamic D170/D260/D360 (single transmission with steering clutches). Closer steering control on mine benches.

Pressurized cab — positive pressure inside the cab keeps mine dust out, protecting operator health and reducing cabin air filtration costs. Load-sensitive hydraulics on the working device — hydraulic flow scales with command demand, reducing parasitic loss and improving blade response time. High-wear-resistance blade edge for abrasive mine material. Automatic fault diagnosis system.

58-ton class — sits below the 73-ton D760XE at the top of the XCMG electric-drive dozer line. Both share extended-range electric drive architecture for parts pool overlap on the drive electronics, electric motors, and pressurized cab components. Choose D560XE when project tonnage budget matches the 58-ton class; D760XE when push capacity needs to scale up.
