500 mm milling depth — the deepest milling depth in the hydraulic-drive XLZ cold recycler set. 100 mm deeper than the 0-400 mm depth on the XLZ2103S and XLZ2303S hydraulic siblings, and 70 mm deeper than the 430 mm depth on the XLZ2303K and XLZ2305K mechanical siblings. Suited to projects needing deeper base course recycling in a single pass at the 2300 mm milling width.

Powered by a Cummins 6-cylinder water-cooled diesel rated 563 kW at 2100 rpm, 70 kg/h fuel consumption at full load. Cummins engine sourcing distinguishes the XLZ2305S from the Weichai-powered XLZ2103S (353 kW) and XLZ2303S (390 kW) hydraulic siblings, giving a different parts and service network footprint. China Stage III emission.

≥50 percent theoretical gradeability in working gear — significantly higher than the 20 percent rating on the XLZ2103S, XLZ2303S, and XLZ2305S(XLZ650S) siblings (which all list 20 percent). Suited for project sites where the recycler must operate on graded sub-base or sloped pavement sections during milling work.

200 cutting tools at 30 mm tool spacing on a 1380 mm milling wheel. Wider 30 mm tool spacing — versus the 18 mm spacing on XLZ2103S and XLZ2303S siblings — gives a different surface texture output from the milling drum, sized for the 500 mm deep cut profile and 200 mm asphalt milling rating. Same tool count and tool spacing as the XLZ2305S(XLZ650S) sibling.
