In the XCMG impact crusher line the XGF1320 sits below the XGF1520 (350–600 t/h, 500 mm feedstock) and XGF1523 (450–700 t/h, 600 mm feedstock). Drive Train

Narrow V-belt drive — 16 belts to twin 160 kW motors

Motor + narrow V-belt drive with 16 belts splitting load between two 160 kW motors and the rotor shaft. V-belts absorb shock loading from oversize or tramp feedstock without transferring it to the motor shaft. Belts are a standard wear consumable — replaceable from open-market suppliers rather than requiring OEM-restricted spares.

Hardness ≤150 MPa — natural stone and construction waste recycling

Specified for materials up to 150 MPa hardness: limestone, dolomite, soft sandstone, demolition concrete, and reclaimed asphalt pavement. Suited for aggregate production and urban C&D waste recycling lines. Not specified for hard quartzite or basalt above 150 MPa — those workloads belong on the XGY cone crusher line.
