XCMG ZQS125 Spider Crane

5070 mm length × 1380 mm width × 2070 mm height — fits through standard industrial doorways (typically 2 m wide × 2.5 m high), residential entries, freight elevators, and single-lane construction paths. Smaller footprint than any other crane in the XCMG range, allowing access to interior, rooftop, and underground sites that exclude wheeled and truck-mounted cranes from the project.

The ZQS125 self-walks at 3 km/h on the jobsite — slower than road transit, matched to short distances between lift positions on a single project site. Delivered to site on a low-bed trailer; the ZQS125 then self-walks the final distance from drop-off to the lift point, including through doorways, around obstacles, or into elevators.

Suitable for indoor equipment installation in factories and warehouses, rooftop HVAC and equipment lifts, retrofitting and renovation in occupied buildings, narrow-alley construction access, and underground/basement lifts. The category of work where a 1-3 ton lift in a confined space costs more in scaffold and rigging than the spider crane rental.

Spider cranes deploy multiple stabilizer legs that fold independently — each leg can be extended to different lengths and angles. The ZQS125 can stabilize on irregular ground (a step, a curb, a slope) where conventional H-type outriggers would not find a level footprint. Final lifting capacity at each radius depends on the specific outrigger deployment chosen at the lift point.
