Smaller lift envelope than the 55-ton XGC55 (203.5 t.m) sibling but lower vehicle mass and shorter transport length offset the capacity gap for operators on weight-sensitive jobs.

Powered by the Weichai WP4.1 diesel rated at 129 kW. The WP4.1 is a four-liter inline platform — smaller and lower-power than the WP7 (199 kW) on the XGC55 and XGC75 siblings. Different engine family means different parts pool from the larger XGC models. Weichai parts and service networks cover the WP4.1 across mainland China and major export markets.

Source data lists the hoist winch maximum single-line speed at 130 m/min. The XGC55 and XGC75 source pages do not publish a single-line speed value — meaning the XGC45 is the only XCMG XGC unit with a documented winch line speed.
