XCMG XLC220 Lattice-Boom Crawler Crane

Per XCMG specs, maximum lifting weight with tower jib configuration is 80 t; maximum lifting weight with fixed auxiliary jib is 75 t. Useful for projects that need the tower jib or fixed auxiliary jib lift profile (e.g. high-clearance lift over an obstacle, chemical column placement) where standard main boom geometry isn't fit for the job.

XLC220 is based on the upgrade of the XGC series — inherits the same boom and outrigger geometry as the previous-generation XGC line at the same 220-ton class. Direct upgrade path from XGC-line fleets in the 200-ton tonnage class.

Powered by a Weichai main engine (247 kW) — same engine power tier as the sibling 180-ton XLC180 and 260-ton XLC260, for parts pool sharing across the mid-range XLC lattice-boom line. Established Weichai service and parts network across mainland China and major export markets.

Maximum transport-state single-unit dimensions 9.0 × 3.0 × 3.3 m with max single-unit mass of 32.9 t — sized to ship on standard heavy trucks without specialized rigs. Smaller transport profile than the 260-ton XLC260 (13.2 m max single-unit length) despite being adjacent in the line.
