XCMG XCT100BRII Truck Crane

The BR II generation 100-ton variant. Compared with the sibling XCT100_S (100 t, 70 m boom, Euro V emission, 48-ton chassis, Weichai WP12.430 / 316 kW), the BRII trades 28 percent shorter boom (50.5 m vs 70 m), 21 percent less hoist height (75.5 m vs 95 m), and 21 percent lower load moment (3,038 vs 3,840 kN·m) for a 3-ton lighter chassis (45 t vs 48 t) and simpler 8×4×4 drivetrain. Choose XCT100BRII when the project needs 100-ton lift class but the shorter boom envelope is enough, and lighter chassis lowers daily transit cost.

Powered by the Weichai WP12G375E300 main engine (276 kW). Weichai WP12 is a 12-liter inline-six diesel in the established Weichai platform — same engine family used in heavier XCT and XCA series cranes for parts pool overlap. Established Weichai service and parts network across mainland China and major export markets.

4-axle 8×4×4 drive and steering: 8 wheels total, 2 driven axles (4 driven wheels), 2 steering axles (4 steering wheels). 15.12 m overall length, 45-ton dead weight, 80 km/h highway transit speed. Lower per-axle road load and simpler drivetrain than the 4-axle 8×6×8 truck cranes — suited to projects with strict road permit limits where the 100-ton class is the floor and longer boom is not required.

Specified for urban infrastructure projects, construction sites, factory construction, road and bridge work, and equipment maintenance and installation. Broad cross-sector positioning suited to contractors with diverse project portfolios rather than vertical-specialized fleets.

Boom sections, hook blocks, outrigger pads, and accessories share core part numbers with other XCMG truck cranes (including the sibling XCT100_S for direct 100-ton parts pool sharing) — lower inventory carrying cost for fleet operators running mixed-tonnage XCMG rosters.
