Largest machine in the XCMG XC8 backhoe loader family. 9,750 kg operating weight is 28 percent heavier than the XC8-S2570 (8,200 kg), 28 percent heavier than the XC8-C2570 (7,600 kg), and 2.6× heavier than the compact XC8-S0750 (3,800 kg). 1.3 m³ loader bucket vs 1.0 m³ on the XC8-S2570/C2570 — 30 percent more material per pass. 3,500 kg rated load vs 2,500 kg on the 2.5-ton class — 40 percent more lift capacity.

Maximum digging depth 5,555 mm with the extended boom — 1,204 mm deeper than the XC8-S2570 (4,351 mm), 1,115 mm deeper than the XC8-C2570 (4,440 mm), and 2,800 mm deeper than the XC8-S0750 (2,755 mm). Opens up sewer trenching, deep drainage installation, utility burial, and foundation work that the smaller XC8 machines cannot reach in a single pass without secondary equipment.
