Required operating power is 1,276 kW with a 250 kW maximum single-unit draw. Minimum installation area is 1,800 m² (45 m × 40 m) — identical to the XARP325H sibling. The XARP405H runs 25 percent more virgin throughput than the XARP325H from the same 45 × 40 m footprint, with the same 160 t/h recycled heating capacity. Produces standard asphalt mixture, modified asphalt mixture, and recycled mixes from one integrated plant. Suited to highways, classified roads, municipal roads, airports, dams, and freight yards. The 250 kW max single-unit draw is the largest in the XCMG XARP lineup — plan grid sizing accordingly.
