Variable-frequency electric heating adapts heater load to ambient temperature and screed thermal demand. Reduces fuel consumption on long shift days and supports cold-climate paving where heating duty cycle drives the energy bill. Vibratory compaction at the paver pass delivers pre-compacted layer density for downstream roller load reduction.
Full hydraulic drive with left and right independent track drive — independent speed control for curved sections and crown work. Ultrasonic material level sensing maintains consistent feed depth on the auger, supporting uniform pre-compaction density across the 9 m screed. Electronic automatic leveling handles uneven base layers without manual screed re-tuning.
