XCMG RP603 Asphalt Paver

Basic paving width 2.5–4.75 m on the standard E475T screed, expanding to 7.0 m with bolt-on extensions. The E475T is the established XCMG mid-class screed platform — well-understood maintenance procedures and predictable spare-parts pipeline. Fits classified highway paving where 7 m width covers single-lane or 1.5-lane passes without screed-change downtime.

350 mm maximum paving thickness — between the 280 mm RP505 (104 kW) and 400 mm RP803 (142 kW). 129 kW Cummins QSB6.7 sized for sustained 600 t/h productivity on classified highway base courses without engine derating. Choose RP603 when 7 m width and mid-class power fit the duty cycle; step up to RP803 when 8 m width or 400 mm thickness binds.

Powered by Cummins QSB6.7 (129 kW). Cummins QSB6.7 is a 6.7-liter inline-six diesel in the established QSB platform — same engine family as the higher-output RP803 and RP805S (142 kW) and the RP903 (164 kW) for parts pool overlap across the XCMG mid-to-large paver class.
