XCMG D200H Bulldozer

Hydrostatic drivetrain — independent hydraulic motors drive the left and right tracks, allowing infinitely variable speed and counter-rotation. Different from the hydrodynamic torque-converter transmission on the D170, D260, and D360 siblings. Better track-speed modulation suits grading and finish work; the hydrodynamic alternatives suit straight-line earth pushing. Direct planetary reduction at the final drives.

Elevated drive sprocket configuration — final drive sprocket raised above the track on idlers and rollers, keeping the drive components clear of rocks, mud, and debris at grade level. Reduces shock loading on the final drive bearings. Standard architecture on Caterpillar D-series large dozers; XCMG carries the same configuration here.

Powered by the 9DF diesel — 162 kW (217 hp) at 1,800 rpm, EU Stage III emission certification. EU Stage III opens markets requiring tighter NOx and particulate limits than Stage II. Hydraulic pilot blade control reduces operator effort on long shifts. Onboard construction data management tracks hours, fuel, and load for fleet cost accounting.

Reversible cab — operator seat can rotate for ripping or finish grading work where forward-facing posture is not optimal. L-type push frame for the blade. Extended chassis with large-diameter barrel-type track tensioning structure — manages track tension on uneven ground without binding. 6,135 × 3,335 × 3,495 mm overall, 4,133 mm minimum turning radius.

Blade edges, ripper teeth, undercarriage components, and hydraulic seals share core part numbers with other XCMG crawler dozers. Hydrostatic-specific parts (track drive motors, hydraulic charge pump) are unique to D200H within the export line.
