130-ton lattice-boom crawler crane. 20-74 m main boom, 13-31 m configurable fixed jib. 742.2 t·m max load moment, 247 kW engine, 121-ton total mass. LUDV hydraulic control, micro-adjustment on 4 motions, one-key main/auxiliary hook switching, floating platform work option.

The XCMG XLC130 is a 130-ton lattice-boom crawler crane built for construction, infrastructure, and port equipment lifts that require longer reach than telescopic-boom cranes deliver in the same tonnage class, or that operate from floating platforms.

The lattice main boom extends to 74 m with optional fixed jib in 13 to 31 m lengths. Maximum load moment is 742.2 t·m. The hydraulic system uses LUDV (Load-Sensing Flow Sharing) valve control with open-circuit flow speed regulation, letting multiple motions — lifting, turning, walking, luffing — run simultaneously without speed loss when one circuit takes load. Floating platform operation is a selectable working condition, suitable for marine and port equipment installation.

Why This Machine

Product Features

Five aspects of the XLC130 that fit it to construction, infrastructure, and marine equipment lifts: lift envelope with configurable jib, floating platform operation, LUDV hydraulic control system, operator productivity features, and parts compatibility across the XCMG fleet.

01
Configuration

130-ton lattice boom with 74 m main + 13-31 m configurable jib

Lattice main boom configurable from 20 m to 74 m. Optional fixed jib selectable from 13 m to 31 m — match the jib length to specific radius and load combinations on each project rather than carrying a single fixed jib for every job. Maximum load moment 742.2 t·m, 247 kW main engine, 121-ton total mass with 19 m boom and main hook configuration.

02
Application Fit

Floating platform operation — marine and port lifts

Selectable floating platform working condition — the XLC130 operates from a barge, work platform, or floating dock structure. Suitable for marine equipment installation, port and wharf construction, offshore module placement, and shipyard heavy lifts where land-based crawler positioning is not feasible. Few telescopic-boom crawler cranes in this tonnage class offer the option.

03
Configuration

LUDV hydraulic control — multiple motions without speed loss

Hydraulic pilot proportional control with LUDV (Load-Sensing Flow Sharing) valve technology and open-circuit flow regulation. When the operator runs multiple motions simultaneously — lifting and slewing at the same time, or walking while luffing — neither motion slows down if the other circuit encounters higher load. Cleaner motion sequencing on complex lifts compared with conventional valve control systems.

04
Operator Productivity

Micro-control on 4 motions + one-key main/auxiliary hook switching

Standard micro-control adjustment on lifting, turning, walking, and luffing — precision positioning of delicate or expensive equipment without overcorrection. One-key switching between main and auxiliary hooks reduces operator workload on multi-stage lifts where the load transfers between hooks during the lift cycle. Lower cycle time on repetitive complex lift work.

05
Parts Support

Parts compatibility across the XCMG crane fleet

Hook blocks, outrigger pads, jib accessories, and counterweight modules share core part numbers with other XCMG cranes — lower inventory carrying cost for fleet operators running mixed telescopic and lattice crawler-crane rosters.
