XCMG XGTC80 Telescopic-Boom Crawler Crane

Telescopic main boom extending from 12.2 m to 47 m. With the optional 17.5 m fixed jib, total working reach extends to 64.5 m — significant vertical envelope for an 80-ton telescopic-boom crawler crane. Sized for steel structure workshop assembly, highway and bridge construction, ultra-high voltage transmission tower installation, prefabricated building work, and oilfield support operations.

Unlike most crawler cranes in this class, the XGTC80 transports with the crawler beam still attached to the main engine — no removal and on-site reassembly of the crawler beam between sites. Overall transport height stays below 3.5 m, fitting standard bridge clearance envelopes in most jurisdictions. Eliminates the on-site crawler-beam assembly step that typically consumes setup time at every site rotation.

Standard counterweight and balance weight pieces feature self-disassembly architecture — the XGTC80 separates these modules for transport without requiring a separate assist crane on site. Combined with the crawler-beam-attached transport, total setup-and-breakdown time per jobsite rotation is reduced compared with conventional crawler cranes.

Integrated safety configuration includes a virtual wall (geofencing-style boundary system that prevents the boom or load from entering pre-defined no-go zones near power lines, structures, or worker areas) and intelligent gauge detection technology (real-time measurement of working clearances). Reduces the risk of operator-error incidents on confined or hazard-adjacent jobsites.
