1.0 m³ bucket and 1,800 kg rated load are the top of the XCMG XC9 HST compact line. 150 percent more bucket volume than the XC908HST (0.4 m³) and 43 percent more than the XC916E (0.7 m³). Handles pallet stacks, hay bales, and heavier aggregate fills that exceed the smaller XC9 siblings without stepping up to a full-size loader chassis with higher transport and yard footprint.

HST drive replaces torque converter and gearbox with hydrostatic pump-motor architecture. Stepless speed control from a single pedal, smoother inching for pallet and attachment work where torque-converter loaders fight the operator on slow-creep tasks. Reduced shock loading on the driveline during forward-reverse direction changes — extends driveline component life on shuttle-cycle work patterns common in rental and yard duty.

European-standard quick-change bracket accepts forks, clamps, grapples, and other attachments without tools. Pick the XC918HST when bucket volume is the binding constraint and the heavier 6,300 kg chassis is acceptable on the project's ground conditions and transport setup.
