XCMG G-series straight-arm truck-mounted crane. Enhanced synchronous telescopic mechanism supports boom extension under load. Confluence (merge-flow) proportional hydraulic control with compound action capability. Automatic hook stows during transit. Auxiliary hook, work bucket, remote control, and torque limiter available as optional configurations. Crane lifting capacity and chassis provided per buyer specification.
The XCMG SQS400P is part of the XCMG G-series straight-arm truck-mounted crane line, built around an enhanced synchronous telescopic mechanism that can extend the boom under load — eliminating the lift-and-rest cycles required by older synchronous mechanisms. Sized for construction supply, in-plant factory handling, and rental-fleet logistics where work-cycle speed matters more than maximum lift capacity.
The hydraulic system uses a confluence (merge-flow) proportional control architecture — flow from multiple pumps combines to deliver higher boom-extension force at low piston speeds, while still supporting compound (simultaneous) motions with micro-motion precision. The crane is delivered with an automatic hook system that secures itself in a fixed stowed position during road transit. Optional add-ons configure the crane for specific project profiles: auxiliary hook for multi-stage lifts, work bucket for aerial maintenance, remote control, and torque limiter for over-load protection.
