40-ton electric rough terrain crane, 35 m main boom, 4×4×4 drive and steering. 120 kW electric drivetrain — zero diesel emissions, low noise for hospitals, schools, labs, and indoor industrial sites.
The XCMG XCR40_EV is a 40-ton, 2-axle electric rough terrain crane built for sites where diesel emissions and engine noise are not allowed: hospitals, schools, laboratories, indoor industrial facilities, and the residential perimeter of port and construction projects.
A 120 kW electric drivetrain replaces the combustion engine, removing fuel cost, DEF consumption, and the maintenance schedules tied to diesel exhaust systems. The 4×4×4 drive-and-steering chassis still handles outdoor rough-terrain work — port docks, fixed factory operations, and industrial yards — letting fleet operators mix sensitive-site and conventional jobsite work on the same machine.
