25-ton lift capacity, 40 m main boom, 2-axle chassis with 4-wheel drive and full-axle steering. Choice of Cummins QSB6.7 (142 kW) or Shanghai Diesel SC7H (162 kW) engine.

The XCMG XCR25L5 is a 25-ton, 2-axle rough terrain crane built for off-highway jobsite work — construction sites, mining and industrial yards, and logistics depots with uneven ground and confined approaches.

The 40 m main boom and 4×4×4 drive-and-steering chassis put the XCR25L5 where wheeled all terrain cranes cannot work: broken ground, mining yards, and unfinished construction sites. A compact 12.2 m overall length and 2.85 m width allow access through gates and approaches that turn larger machines away. The XCR25L5 is available with a choice of Cummins QSB6.7 or Shanghai Diesel SC7H engine variants, letting operators match parts availability and service network to their region.

Why This Machine

Product Features

Five aspects of the XCR25L5 that fit it to off-highway jobsite work: lift envelope, rough-terrain mobility, compact dimensions, dual engine choice, and parts compatibility across the XCMG fleet.

01
Configuration

40 m main boom for mid-rise jobsite lifts

The 40 m main boom delivers 46.6 m maximum hoist height and 901.6 kN·m load moment — sized for 4- to 6-floor building installation, scaffold work, equipment placement on mining and industrial sites, and steel-frame erection where 50+ ton cranes are over-specified.

02
Mobility

True 4×4×4 mobility for broken ground

4-wheel drive (all wheels driven) with full steering on both axles (4×4×4 drive/steering configuration) delivers traction on mining yards, unfinished construction sites, and unimproved logistics depots. Goes where wheeled all terrain cranes — designed for paved roads — cannot work.

03
Site Access

Compact dimensions for confined site access

12.2 m overall length, 2.85 m width, and 28.4-ton dead weight allow access through gates, mining tunnels, and industrial yard approaches that turn larger machines away. Transportable on standard low-bed trailers without permit overhead.

04
Configuration

Choice of Cummins or Shanghai Diesel engine

Available with either the Cummins QSB6.7-C190-30 (142 kW) or Shanghai Diesel SC7H220.1G3 (162 kW) main engine, letting operators match parts availability and service network to their region. Cummins parts dominate in mining-region fleets; Shanghai is closer in Asian logistics yards.

05
Parts Support

Parts compatibility across the XCMG crane fleet

Boom sections, hook blocks, outrigger pads, and accessories share core part numbers with other XCMG cranes — lower inventory carrying cost for fleet operators running mixed ATC and rough-terrain rosters. Genuine XCMG parts and service available through me-equipment.com's authorized dealer channel.
