Single-cylinder hydraulic adjustment means discharge gap is set hydraulically rather than via mechanical shim packs — gap calibration takes minutes between shifts, and the same cylinder carries tramp-iron release if uncrushable material enters the chamber.
In the XCMG cone crusher line the XGY1100DII sits between the XGY1300D (315 kW, 110–662 t/h, 321 mm feedstock) and the higher-throughput XGY1300DII (315 kW, 330–790 t/h, 560 mm feedstock). Single hydraulic cylinder sets discharge gap and carries tramp-iron release. Discharge gap calibration is hydraulic — shim packs are not handled between shifts. The same cylinder lifts the mantle when uncrushable material enters the chamber, then resets without manual disassembly.
