XSH050J walking behind vibratory roller features small size, light weight, excellent compaction, strong mobility and easy operation. The machine is widely used in construction and maintenance of the road, airport, port, dam and building, stadium, park and footwalk.
The machine mainly includes handrail, frame, roller, power system and drive system, and the auxiliary systems of watering, mudscraper and supporting wheel.
The vibratory wheel is connected to the frame by the absorber. The engine flywheel provides the power to the vibration system, and drives the static hydraulic drive unit through synchronous belt, and drives the roller by belt and wheel reducer.
The drive system adopts the static hydraulic drive unit of EATON, and the external oil tank and pipe joint are not necessary.
The watering device depends on the gravity, and the large capacity water tank ensures the watering time.
The operation rod is equipped with the function of Forward and Reverse , and vibration. The Forward and Reverse rods feature the automatic return function. If the operator moves the hand from the travel rod, the compactor would stop at once.
The operation handrail of XSH050J could be adjusted to seven positions in operation condition to adapt to the different terrain (e.g. slope) and the habit of the operator.
