WARRANTY
We grant our clients a twelve-month-period or 2000-hours warranty for any machine exported from us. During the warranty period, in case the defect of material or workmanship has occurred with spare parts in normal operation, the defective part will be repaired or replaced free of charge, at our discretion. There are two ways we can ship the compensated spare parts: (1) Upon the urgent request from our clients, we will ship the compensated spare parts by international courier, such as DHL, TNT, UPS or Fedex. The courier will arrive the designated destination within 5-7 days. The client will assume the courier expense. (2) For the regular claim for the spare parts, we will ship the compensated spare parts together with next shipment of new machines. The shipment expense is free. We reserves the right to reasonably determine whether a defect in material or workmanship occurred in normal use or if such defect resulted from a factor excluded from this warranty. This warranty does not include defects from normal wear and tear, accidents, negligence, abuse, shipment, handling, storage, or environmental conditions. Any modifications to our products by the client, client's employees, or end-user, shall invalidate this warranty. The normal wearing and easily broken parts, include but not limit, all kinds of filters, belts, electric appliance and wires, bulbs and fuses, glass, rubber and plastics stuffs etc. Installation and maintenance We are able to provide you with the overall installation of complicated machinery and equipment, including crawler crane, concrete batching plan, etc., allowing you to start the normal operation of cranes immediately. After installation,we will make inspection of the whole machine commissioning and operation of equipment, and provide you with testing data reports of installation and operation. At the same time, we can also provide professional training to your equipment operators and maintenance personnel. Our professional management team, a wealth of on-site construction experience, strict quality control, and a full range of installation inspection and acceptance services, will be your best choice. We has established its global distribution network, where local mature sales team and after sale service system were set up with warehouse displaying various products and accessories. New branches are being developed in Africa and South America. Training We offers perfect facilities and comfortable environment and can provide training services to different users. The training sessions include product training, operation training, maintenance know-how, technical know-how training, standards, laws and regulations training and other trainings,all of which are tailored to fulfill your individual needs. Training programs can be conducted in our factory field, or at the client's site. |
